We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director to lead the startup and operational readiness of a cutting-edge semiconductor FAB facility. This role involves ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to key performance indicators while aligning with stakeholder and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and managing the startup team to achieve operational excellence.
- Defining all startup and commissioning milestones in collaboration with construction teams.
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout the transition to operational status.
- Identifying stakeholder and customer needs to certify and operationalize the facility.
- Monitoring program indicators, addressing risks, and driving continuous improvement.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and meet project objectives.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in FAB startup and facility management, expertise in commissioning processes, and exceptional leadership skills to drive successful project delivery and operational certification.
