We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in an exciting opportunity to support our Managing Director.About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. As a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will be working closely with the Managing Director to provide a high level of service and support to maintain the organisation's reputation.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's schedule and calendar- Arrange travel and accommodations- Coordinate meetings and events- Handle correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Managing Director- Maintain accurate records and files- Ensure the efficient use of resources and implement cost-saving measuresRequirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have: - A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive informationBenefits
This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary package. The successful candidate will receive a salary between ₹25,000 and ₹35,000 per month.
