CosaNostra Live is dedicated to crafting memories and empowering youth to create, connect, and make an impact in their communities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while also developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Key responsibilities include handling payroll, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing employee needs. Additionally, the role involves performance management, training, and implementing policies to support career growth and organizational development.QualificationsStrong expertise in HR functions including Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and Employee RelationsExperience in Payroll Management, Compensation, and Benefits AdministrationProficiency in Training, Development, and Performance Management processesKnowledge of Labor Laws and HR Compliance requirementsSkills in leadership, team management, and fostering a positive work cultureExceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the events, entertainment, or creative industries is a plus
