HKMCF India has experienced tremendous growth and is looking for a result driven Assistant Architect in Civil and Architecture. This is a Full-Time Employee position responsible to support senior architects by creating and preparing drawings and blueprints, researching and applying building codes, and coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also assist with project management tasks, conduct site visits, and help prepare and present design proposals. You should be from Architecture / Urban planning background with BE Civil degree. If you are a result driven professional willing to take complete ownership of architectural works, then we invite you to be a part of HKM projects.Responsibilities Design and documentation: Assist in developing architectural designs, prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software and create presentations. Research and compliance: Research and apply building codes, zoning regulations, and standards to projects. Assist in submitting drawings for building permits and ensure designs comply with all guidelines. Project coordination: Coordinate with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, and consultants. Assist in project management tasks such as scheduling and cost estimation. Site and quality assurance: Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure work aligns with design specifications. Assist in quality assurance by checking for design compliance and briefing team members on corrections. Team interaction: Interact with Project head to incorporate the plans into the project drawings.
