Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Architect located in New Delhi. The Assistant Architect will be responsible for architectural design,integration, and project management. The Assistant Architect will also contribute to the development and implementation of architectural strategies and plans, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

1. Understanding Customer needs and making free hand sketches to translate needs into functional plans.

2. Once concepts are pre-approved for drafting and developing presentations for clients.

3. Proficient in determining room sizes and functional areas within buildings.

4. Draft plans using AutoCAD for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

5. Time to Time site visits.

6. Coordinators with seniors to ensure project details and ensure project goals are met.

7. Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with AutoCAD systems.

**Qualifications**:

- B. Arch and above (M. Arch), (Diploma in Architecture/Civil)
- Experience: 3-6 Years
- Architecture and Architectural Design skills.
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Vastu Shastra and Vedic Astrology is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of construction sites and ongoing construction processes
- Strong drafting skills
- Experience in conducting site visits (site supervision/inspection)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
