Job Title: AX/Dynamics 365 Business Analysts

Location: REMOTE (Preferably from Hyderabad)

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Lead analysis, design, and implementation of business application solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and define functional specifications for applications' configurations and customizations.

- Provide day-to-day ERP application support as part of a team and be responsible for supporting a variety of third party and in-house interfaces/integrations.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.

- Identify and implement process optimizations and automations, working closely with business users to enhance productivity.

- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in using the systems/applications.

- Collaborate with external third-party vendors, contractors, and consultants to develop and enhance new and existing systems/applications and Degree or diploma in computer science, or equivalent qualification and applicable job 6+ years' experience working with MS Dynamics AX2012 AND D365FO as a BSA or functional consultant.

- Strong expertise in MS Dynamics AX2012 AND D365FO functionalities, configuration, and customization capabilities, particularly in supply chain, manufacturing, and finance processes.

- Skilled in business process analysis, requirements gathering.

Ability to document business processes, translate business requirements into technical solution requirements

- Proficient in data migration and integration with third-party applications using APIs, web services, or middleware solutions. Commercial experience in implementing and supporting EDI integrations with MS Dynamics platforms.

- Strong customer service approach, proactive, collaborative attitude, outstanding interpersonal skills and experience working with cross functional teams.

- Self-motivated, with a high sense of accountability and urgency.

Flexible & adaptable, ability to manage competing priorities and work in a dynamic, results-oriented matrixed environment.

- Experience with Service Desk software (e. Jira or any other)

- Experience in Project management and associated methodologies
