**Job Title: Construction Manager (Commercial Building Project)**

**Job Type:** Full-time


**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee the various critical aspects of a commercial building project in West Punjabi Bagh. The ideal candidate should have strong industry contacts, particularly with vendors for lifts, fire fighting systems, and structural glazing works. The role involves managing vendor negotiations, selecting the right brands, and coordinating the timely execution of these tasks to ensure project completion before the deadline. In addition, the candidate should have extensive experience in obtaining MCD completion certificates, having done so successfully at least five times.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- **Lift & Electrical Systems Management:**

 - Source and negotiate quotes with vendors for:

   - **Passenger & Car Lifts**

   - **Diesel Generators**

   - **Transformers and HT Panels**

 - Recommend the best brands and solutions based on project needs and budget.

 - Present comprehensive quotes and vendor options for final approval.


- **Fire Fighting Systems Management:**

 - Source and manage quotes from fire fighting system vendors.

 - Recommend appropriate brands and schedule the start of installation work to ensure timely project completion.

 - Ensure fire safety compliance and manage vendor relationships effectively.


- **Structural Glazing & Facade Works:**

 - Manage and oversee all aspects of **facade and glass works** for the building.

 - Recommend vendors, materials, and timelines for execution, ensuring high-quality finishes.

 - Ensure the structural glazing work is completed within the set timelines to avoid project delays.


- **Regulatory Compliance:**

 - Oversee the entire process for obtaining the **Completion Certificate** from the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).

 - Ensure all required documentation is completed and filed on time.

 - Leverage prior experience of successfully obtaining at least **five MCD completion certificates**.


**Qualifications:**


- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, particularly commercial buildings.

- Strong vendor network for lifts, fire fighting systems, generators, and structural glazing works.

- Expertise in recommending the best brands and coordinating installation timelines.

- Proven track record of successfully obtaining MCD completion certificates (minimum 5 projects).

- Excellent negotiation skills and project management capabilities.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and timelines for construction projects in Delhi.
