PositionPurpose

We are seeking a highlyskilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manageall aspects of civil and interior construction projects. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in construction managementwith a focus on both civil engineering and interior design. TheConstruction Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects arecompleted on time within budget and to the highest standards ofquality and safety.

Qualifications andExperience:

Bachelor s degree incivil engineering Construction Management Architecture or a relatedfield.

Professional certification inconstruction management (e.g. PMP CCM) is preferred.

Minimum of 56 years of experience with a focus on civiland interior projects in Hospitality Industry.

Should have 12 years of experience in constructionmanagement.

Proven track record of successfullymanaging construction projects from inception tocompletion.

Strong knowledge of constructionmethods materials and regulations.

Excellentproject management and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate constructionteams.

Proficiency in construction managementsoftware and tools.

Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities.

Attention to detailand commitment to quality.

Duties &Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop comprehensive projectplans including timelines budgets and resourceallocation.

Coordinate with architectsengineers contractors and subcontractors to ensure seamless projectexecution.

Ensure all project stakeholders areinformed and aligned on project goals and progress.

ConstructionOversight:

Supervise all onsiteconstruction activities to ensure compliance with projectspecifications safety standards and building codes.

Manage and lead construction teams providing directionand support as needed.

Conduct regular siteinspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Budget and CostManagement:

Prepare and manageproject budgets ensuring costs are controlled and projects arecompleted within financial constraints.

Reviewand approve invoices change orders and other financialdocuments.

Identify and mitigate potential costoverruns.

QualityControl:

Implement and enforcequality control measures to ensure high standards ofworkmanship.

Conduct regular qualityinspections and resolve any issues or deficienciespromptly.

Ensure all materials and workmanshipmeet the required specifications and standards.

Safety Management:

Develop and implement safety plans and protocols toensure a safe working environment.

Conductregular safety meetings and training sessions for constructionteams.

Ensure compliance with all local stateand federal safety regulations.

Client and StakeholderCommunication:

Maintain strongpositive relationships with clients providing regular updates onproject status.

Address any client concerns orissues promptly and professionally.

Ensureclient satisfaction with the finished project.

Documentation andReporting:

Maintain detailedproject records including schedules budgets and progressreports.

Prepare and present regular projectupdates to senior management and clients.

Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filedappropriately.
