You will engage with potential customers, qualify opportunities, and set up meetings for the sales team. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in a testing services company and is passionate about sales, technology, and driving results. The ideal candidate should also be able to work in U.S. business hours to support our North American operations.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Proactively identify, research, and generate high-quality leads through outbound activities including cold calling, email outreach, and attending virtual events.- Qualifying Prospects: Conduct initial qualification calls to assess potential customers' needs, budget, and decision-making process to determine if they are a good fit for our solutions.- Presales Support: Assist the sales team in the early stages of the sales cycle by scheduling product demos, sending follow-up information, and answering initial questions about our offerings.- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and North American market conditions to understand customer pain points and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.- CRM Management: Accurately manage and update lead information, interactions, and opportunity status in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure effective lead tracking and reporting.- Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers to hand off qualified leads and ensure smooth transitions through the sales process.- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs.- Work in U.S. Timings: Maintain a work schedule that aligns with U.S. business hours to effectively engage with North American leads and ensure timely Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
