About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster HR Manager to lead and manage the HR function across multiple resort properties. The role requires strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations with a solid understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the HR function across assigned resort properties.

- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring timely hiring of quality candidates.

- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.

- Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and compliance with labor laws.

- Implement performance management processes and provide structured feedback.

- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention.

- Maintain employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.

- Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and succession management.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 68 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in the hospitality sector (hotels/resorts).

Skillsets Required

- Strong knowledge of hospitality HR practices and labor laws.

- Expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Proficiency in payroll management, HRMS, and MS Office tools.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong employee relations and conflict management capabilities.

- Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives to business goals.

- Ability to manage multiple properties and handle diverse workforce challenges.
