Position Overview:The Manager - Business Development & Sales will be responsible for developing and executing GTM and Sales strategies, managing business development activities, identifying new market opportunities, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research, analyzing market trends, build business insights and intelligence and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve sales & business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives and revenue targets within the assigned one.- Business Development- Getting RFQs from customers and converting them into business. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - Analyze and identify new business opportunities from the OEM customer base and optimize profit and increase revenues. - Control pricing, deal price and other sales proposal activities. - Identify new markets to expand our market base to increase revenue and profit generating. - Involved in direct customer negotiations, negotiating contracts and agreements with customers and partners to ensure win-win outcomes. - Analyze the market to determine the latest trends, customer needs, competitors' position, depth of customer base in order to redesign marketing strategies. - Collaborate with the programs & engineering team to identify customer requirements in order to translate them into product specifications. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.- Sales Forecasting and Reporting- Forecasts Sales-Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly and analyzes performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and business development initiatives.- Prepare a regular report for senior detailing sales and marketing performance.- Customer Relationship Management- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers.- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.- Willing to travel (~70% of the time) to various customer locations o BE/ B Tech in Electrical / Electronic with 5 -10 years.o Preferred experience in ADAS products for 4W and CV Automotive Industry.o Proven track record of achieving business growth and measurable results.o Must have strong connections with major OEMs in 4W, CV and 2W.Why Join Us:- Innovative Culture: Lead a team at the forefront of automotive technology innovation.- Impact: Shape the future of transportation and mobility by advancing cutting-edge ADAS technology.- Growth Potential: Help take a high-growth startup to the next level, with potential for equity and long-term rewards.- Collaborative Environment: Work with a passionate team committed to excellence and making a real difference in the world.
