Job Title: Full-Stack Software Engineer

Location: Gurugram

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy complex, mission-critical full-stack applications for both internal and external use.
  • Design and implement frontend code and algorithms using ReactJS and Typescript, and backend code using AWS Services, NodeJS Lambdas, and MongoDB NoSQL databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, technical product management, and UI/UX design, to define application features.
  • Leverage automation to reduce roadblocks and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Promote and ensure adherence to good software architecture practices across the team; actively participate in code and design reviews; perform unit testing to deliver high-quality software.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer developing custom solutions or applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies: ReactJS, HTML, CSS, MaterialUI, Apollo Client, React Router, React Hooks, GraphQL.
  • Proficiency in backend technologies: Node.js, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, Apollo Studio.
  • Strong understanding of caching, authentication, authorization, and privacy considerations.
  • Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.
  • Systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and accessible software tools.
