About the RoleAs a Full Stack Engineer at Glood.AI, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our SaaS platform. You'll work on all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation and deployment. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating innovative features that solve real problems for our eCommerce clients.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient code for our web-based SaaS platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize application for maximum speed and scalabilityWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeImplement security and data protection measuresIntegrate our platform with third-party services and APIs, especially within the Shopify ecosystemParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practicesTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systemsStay informed about emerging industry trends and technologies

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in full stack web developmentStrong proficiency in JavaScript, including modern frameworks like React or Vue.jsExperience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or RubyFamiliarity with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architectureExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git)Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable applicationStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred QualificationsExperience with Shopify app development or eCommerce platformsKnowledge of GraphQLFamiliarity with containerization technologies like DockerExperience with CI/CD pipelinesUnderstanding of serverless architectureContributions to open-source projects
