Role: Vice President – Lean Digital Transformation LeaderLocation:Gurgaon, Noida, or Madurai (3 days/week from office) Work Hours:UK Shift Industry Focus:InsuranceRole Summary: TheLean Digital Transformation (LDT)function is a high-visibility, strategic leadership role that accelerates career growth while shaping the organization’s transformation agenda. This function integratesLean Six Sigma, Digital, and Analyticsto optimize processes, embed predictive capabilities, and transform business outcomes.As VP – Lean Digital Transformation Leader, you willown and lead large-scale insurance transformation programs, including Guidewire implementations, contact center transformations, and tech-enabled operational enhancements. You will guide a team of Black Belts and Master Black Belts, drive organizational change, and be a trusted advisor to senior operations and client leadership.Large-scale insurance transformation experience is mandatory.Key Responsibilities: Own and deliverlarge-scale insurance transformation outcomesby combining data, technology, and emerging tech to unlock measurable business value. Develop and execute astrategic roadmapto embed analytics and digital capabilities across operations. Conceptualize and implementscalable solutionsleveraging digital and technology-enabled tools to enhance operational efficiency. Evangelize digital solutions and ensure adoption across delivery teams to strengthen the organization’s digital value proposition. Leadcross-functional teamsin executing analytics and digital projects, setting milestones, managing resources, and monitoring progress. Collaborate with global operations teams to identify and execute modernization opportunities. Drivechange management initiativesto promote adoption of analytics and digital capabilities. Partner with operations and client teams to expand the reach and offerings of digital and analytics solutions. Provide thought leadership and executeconsulting, assessment, and analytics initiatives.Large-scale transformation program ownership includes: Guidewire implementation projects Contact center transformation Analytics and AI/Generative AI-driven initiatives Tech-enabled process transformationMinimum Qualifications: Postgraduate / MBA from a top institution (preferred) Strong business understanding and knowledge of transformation trends in 2–3 industry verticals Extensive experience in leading large-scale insurance transformation programs, including technology, strategy, data, and emerging tech Expertise in digital technologies: Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Automation, and emerging tech Hands-on experience in Guidewire or similar platforms is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills Understanding of Operations ecosystem in aBusiness Process Management environment, ideally in F&A, Supply Chain, Procurement, Banking, or Insurance Operations Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Strong facilitation, presentation, and negotiation abilities Ability to work across multicultural environments and matrix organizations Strategic thinker with ability to translate business objectives into actionable plansLead enterprise-scale insurance transformation programs impacting multi-million-dollar operations across US and UK markets, with cross-functional teams of 100+ professionals
