The role demands deep expertise in finance operations, process optimization, technology modernization, and delivering scalable transformation programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead theDigital Transformation roadmapfor R2R, covering process excellence, automation, analytics, and platform modernization.Driveprocess re-engineering , standardization, and global harmonization across R2R.Oversee deployment ofAI/ML ,GenAI , andintelligent automationto enhance accuracy, speed, and decision-making.Partner with technology teams on ERP transformation (SAP/Oracle), workflow tools, and cloud-based financial platforms.Manage large, cross-functional global transformation initiatives with strong governance, change management, and stakeholder communication.Build digital capability within the R2R function and mentor teams to adopt new tools, frameworks, and best practices.Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational controls while improving efficiency and agility.Required Skills & Experience18–25 years of total experience with strong leadership exposure inR2R transformation .Proven track record in deliveringlarge-scale digital transformation , preferably in global enterprises.Expertise inautomation ecosystems(RPA, workflow tools, OCR/IDP, analytics platforms).Exposure toAI, ML, GenAIsolutions – ability to identify and drive AI-led use cases.Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems, financial systems, controls, and global finance operations.Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and program leadership skills.
