This high-impact role focuses on achieving sales targets, driving product prescriptions, and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals to establish Ruokamill as a trusted name in advanced nutrition.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.Engage HCPs in detailed scientific discussions and offer nutrition-based patient solutions.Organize and support clinical education programs and training workshops.Analyze market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and report actionable insights.Collaborate with distribution and channel partners to ensure seamless supply and execution.Drive new account acquisition and expand market presence in key hospital and clinic setups.Key Results & Performance IndicatorsAchievement of sales, market share, and growth targets.Consistent engagement with influential healthcare professionals.New hospital and institutional account openings.Execution of minimum required clinical education sessions per quarter.Accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM documentation.Full compliance with company and regulatory standards.RequirementsProven experience in medical or healthcare sales (nutrition, pharma, or hospital accounts preferred).Demonstrated ability to independently manage KOL relationships and drive results.Strong analytical, communication, and territory management skills.Excellent Communication SkillsPreferred BackgroundBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, or Life Sciences.1–2 years of field experience in nutrition or healthcare product sales.Experience launching new products or territories is an advantage.Exceptional candidates from adjacent healthcare domains will also be considered.Core CompetenciesCommercial: Growth Orientation | Strategic Planning | Results Focus | Customer Centricity | InnovationPersonal: Collaboration | Open Communication | Integrity | Applied Thinking | Perseverance | PersuasivenessWhy Join Us?At Ruokamill, we are redefining everyday nutrition - bringing science, transparency, and taste together for better health outcomes.
