Now, we’re rebuilding ourproduct experience from the ground up— and we need a design lead to help us architect it. -Role SummaryWe’re looking for aProduct Designerwho can own theend-to-end user experience— across students, teachers, EBs, principals, and parents. This is ahorizontal leadership role— not a UI-only or ticket-based execution seat. You'll work directly with theCEO (Rajat)andProduct Manager (Likith)to: Design core journeys (onboarding, fee, performance, payroll, AI features) Create and maintain design systems Shape how offerings are presented inside the product and on the website Collaborate with our in-houseProduct Marketerto ensure consistent UX and GTM messaging -What You’ll Own-Design Systems + Component LibraryBuild and maintain a reusable design system for engineers to build faster Document tokens, typography, spacing, states, patterns -User Journeys + Product UXMap key workflows: onboarding, assessments, admissions, fees, etc. Create wireframes, flows, interaction specs for dev-ready handoff Improve usability across modules — especially as engineers take full-stack ownership -Feature + Offering DesignWork with Rajat + PM to shape offerings like “Smart Parent Onboarding”, “AI Assistant for Principals” Balance usability with narrative — help features sell themselves -Design–GTM IntegrationPartner with Product Marketer on website/LP UX Contribute to demo flows, LP visuals, customer storytelling -You’ll Work Closely With:CEO (Rajat)– Offering design, vision, product narrative Product Manager (Likith)– Feature planning, priorities, developer handoff Marketer– GTM visuals, LP experience, SEO pages Engineers– Handoff and component reuse (Vercel stack) -You Should Apply If:You have4–8 years of product design experience(B2B or SaaS) You’ve built or maintaineddesign systems You can think inflows and systems, not just screens You’ve worked closely withfounders/product teams You’re opinionated, fast-moving, and want to own UX across the board -Bonus If You Have:Experience inB2B SaaS or SMB tools Built products fornon-tech users(admins, educators, etc.) Can write clean microcopy / UX text Worked in startups or 0→1 teams -What Success Looks LikeWe ship modules that areusable without training UX across modules feelscoherent, guided, intelligent Engineers build 2x faster with reusable design primitives New features feelpositioned, not just functional Parents, teachers, and EBsget it at first glance-How to ApplyEmail us atcareers@edumerge.comwith: Your resume + portfolio (or case studies) 2–3 examples of systems/UX flows you’ve built A short note on why edumerge’s vision excites youTo Apply: Send your resume to careers@edumerge.com with the subject: “Application – Product Designer at edumerge”
