JoinPhysics Wallah (PW)as anAssociate – Tender Managementand play a key role in driving our Government Partnership initiatives.You’ll be responsible for managing theend-to-end tender lifecycle— from identifying opportunities onGeM ,CPPP , andstate e-procurement portalsto preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders for timely closures.What You’ll Do Monitor and track tenders daily across GeM, CPPP, and state/PSU portals. Identify relevant government tenders matching PW’s offerings. Manage the complete tender process — documentation, pre-bid queries, submission, and follow-ups. Handle EMD, PBG, and BOQ documentation. Maintain and update a centralized tender tracker and performance dashboard. Coordinate with internal teams for technical and financial bid preparation.What We’re Looking For Graduate inBusiness, Commerce, Engineering , or related fields. 1–2 years of experiencein government tendering and documentation. Strong knowledge ofGeM, CPPP, eProcurement , andPSU portals(NTPC, BHEL, GAIL, etc.). Proficiency inExcel dashboards , pivot tables, and tender tracking tools.
