Key Responsibilities :


BI Support & Maintenance :


- Provide expert-level technical support for our BI tools and applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data connectivity, report performance, and user access.

- Proactively monitor BI system health and performance to ensure reliability.

Report & Dashboard Development :


- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Qlik Sense.

- Utilize Qlik NPrinting to automate the distribution of reports to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.

Data Management :


- Use SQL to query, analyze, and manage data from various sources.

- Assist with data modeling to support the creation of efficient and scalable BI solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications : 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a BI Support or similar role.


BI Tools :


- Strong, demonstrable expertise with Qlik Sense.


- Experience with Qlik NPrinting for report automation.

Database & Data Skills :

- Solid proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Good understanding of database management and data modeling concepts.

Problem-Solving :


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues :


- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical users.
