In light of this, the role holder in Project Management would act as a partner to plan and implement short-term and long-term on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.The Job entails the following but not limited to:- Understanding project scope, goals and deliverables of the Projects assigned based on the needs of the business unit assigned. - Manage customer expectations - response time and attitude. Ensure high CSAT’s through formal and informal client and stakeholder engagement - Anticipate bottlenecks and propose solutions to clients or production teams in advance through effective communication - Effectively communicating project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion by identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path. - Helping the project teams including domain and technical leads to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
