In light of this, the role holder in Project Management would act as a partner to plan and implement short-term and long-term on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.The Job entails the following but not limited to:- Understanding project scope, goals and deliverables of the Projects assigned based on the needs of the business unit assigned. - Manage customer expectations - response time and attitude. Ensure high CSAT’s through formal and informal client and stakeholder engagement - Anticipate bottlenecks and propose solutions to clients or production teams in advance through effective communication - Effectively communicating project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion by identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path. - Helping the project teams including domain and technical leads to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. - Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team. - Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. - Defining project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. - Developing best practices and tools for project execution and management.Job Specification:- Education: Graduate & Post Graduate with MBA - Work environment: Willingness to work in a Global Working Model - Experience: 0 to 2 yearsWho are we looking for?We are looking for people who have/can:- Passion for healthcare and life science industry - Ability to connect the dots and solve problems - Ability to strategically manage and communicate with stakeholders - Drive and ambition to continuously learn and grow - Drive results in an ambiguous and uncertain environment - Take decisions based on facts and dataLocation: This position will be based out of India, BangaloreDesignation/Title: Project Associate
