Job Title: Associate IT Project CoordinatorExperience: 1-3 YearsLocation: CoimbatoreJob Type: On-siteAbout the Role:We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator (Associate Level) with 1–3 years of experience to support and manage project activities across teams. The role involves coordinating tasks, tracking timelines, maintaining reports, and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing project tasks. - Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met. - Monitor project timelines and report progress or delays. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers, and meeting minutes. - Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them when necessary. - Support in preparing project reports, dashboards, and presentations. - Ensure effective communication across departments for project updates.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or support role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams). - Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, or MS Project) is an added advantage. - Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.Preferred:- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies. - Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
