Role Overview

As a Creative Direction and Copywriting Manager, youll play a crucial role in shaping our growth trajectory. Youll work closely with the leadership to drive scale for multiple fast-growing apps via creative storytelling, sharp visual sense, and marketing awareness with a clear understanding of what hooks and converts users both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

- Write short-form video scripts (1530 sec) for ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube Shorts, etc.

- Develop visually driven concepts and creative direction for vertical mobile video ads

- Ideate regionally adapted content (Tamil, Bengali, Hindi, etc.) using Hinglish or local dialects

- Collaborate with motion editors, designers, and performance marketers to align creative with performance goals

- Use insights from campaigns to iterate, refine, and optimize concepts for conversion Strong understanding of Indian cultural nuances, especially in dating, lifestyle, or OTT-style content

- Experience writing hook-oriented, performance-focused scripts

- Comfortable writing in Hinglish and regional language tones

Bonus:

- Experience directing or briefing mobile-shot video ads

- Understanding of platforms like Meta or Google Ads Manager

- Prior work on dating, chat, or social apps

- Experience with UGC-style scripts or influencer content briefs
