Purpose:

Implementation of quality policy and quality control guidelines across the Motor business unit at BBL.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct Surveillance Audits at various supplier manufacturing sites and company owned manufacturing facilities & authorized repairer with respect to compliance with QA guidelines
  • Prepare audit report highlighting deviation & detailing corrective and preventive action( CAPA) towards compliance.
  • Prepare summary report of audit observation for circulation to concerned persons and senior management.
  • Analyze customer complaint and find the problem area(root cause) of the complaint
  • Analyses customer compliant data to find trends for highlighting to works / regional sales
  • Conduct vendor assessment of proposed vendor before order placement from quality requirement perspective
  • Conduct audit for new vendor for initial supply and certify the same for continued supply
  • Training & vendor education from quality perspective towards ensuring compliance with BBL quality guidelines.
  • Prepare Monthly Rework Summary and Root Cause Analysis report
  • Ensure timely completion and secure storage of all Quality Assurance and Audit documentation

Education: Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)

Years of Experience: 6 + years of experience in ensuring Quality for production of motors
