Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic SaaS Sales Specialist to drive B2B sales for our HRMS/ATS software product. You will be responsible for identifying leads, pitching to HR and business decision-makers, handling the full sales cycle, and closing deals. A deep understanding of SaaS sales models, HR technology, and client engagement is essential for this role.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.

• 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in HR Tech (HRMS, ATS, payroll, etc.).

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce).

• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills.

• Self-starter, highly motivated, and target-driven.
