Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management: Oversee client satisfaction through effective communication, adherence to brand guidelines, and timely project delivery.


2. Strategy Development: Build, present, and pitch social media branding and communication strategies tailored to clients from diverse verticals.


3. Campaign Execution: Establish and manage brand communication campaigns, ensuring adherence to communication calendars and timely execution.


4. Project Deliverables: Obtain client acceptance of project deliverables and manage satisfaction during project transition periods.


5. Collaboration: Work closely with copy, creative, and social media teams to refine content and copy aligning with client objectives and communication strategies.


6. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues by conducting regular meetings with project team members, both internal and client-facing.


7. Design Aesthetics: Maintain a keen eye on design aesthetics, ensuring visual elements align with client objectives and brand guidelines.


8. Market Research: Research and define social media best practices and upcoming trends to keep strategies innovative and effective.


9. Reporting and Analysis: Provide monthly reporting and inference analysis for social media campaigns, offering insights for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors/master's in mass communication or management.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with MICA and agency experience considered advantageous.

- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
