TheSenior Client Service Associate I partners with associates inDistribution and Relationship Management to service Institutionaland High Net Worth clients investing in the companys products.Under general supervision the role frequently communicates withclients and focuses on onboarding new client accounts deliveringreports to clients and working with business partners to serviceclient needs throughout the client lifecycle. This rolecollaborates closely with teams across the enterprise to deliver anoutstanding clientexperience.

KeyResponsibilities andDuties

  • Managesinbound/outbound client communication (emails and phone calls) viathe client relationship managementsystem.
  • Workswith internal business partners to gather and personalize documentsfor clientonboarding.
  • Helpswith the preparation of reports and other materials for clientmeetings and attend meetings asneeded.
  • Generatesa large volume of custom quarterly reports to clients consultantsand serviceproviders.
  • Providesquality control for client reports and requests to ensure accuracyandcompleteness.
  • Completesdue diligence and clientquestionnaires.
  • Providesdatabase maintenance and compilation of businessmetrics.
  • Investigatesand addresses client inquiries by evaluating clientspecificcircumstances and collaborating across departments to formulateresponse and communicate findings to the relationshipmanager.
  • Servesas point of escalation for complex issues involving clientexperience.
