The company is dedicated to meeting short-term needs without compromising long-term ambitions, ensuring a balanced approach to financial solutions. What You’ll DoEdit and polish video content for Varicash’s digital touchpoints: social media (Reels, Shorts), campaigns, product explainers, ads, etc.Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to turn scripts or briefs into engaging visual narrativesAdd motion graphics, transitions, captions, animations, and audio enhancements to enrich visualsEnsure all outputs adhere to brand style with consistent use of fonts, colour palette, visual tone, and identityRepurpose footage across formats, e.g. convert a long explainer to short social clipsOrganize and manage video assets and project files for efficient team usageKeep abreast of platform trends (e.g. Instagram / YouTube formats, transitions, effects) and propose creative ideasWhat We’re Looking ForMust-HavesProficiency in video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)Basic competency in motion graphics, captioning, and audio editingStrong storytelling sensibility, pacing, cuts, rhythmKeen eye for detail, visual aesthetics, and brand consistencyAbility to take feedback, iterate, and work under deadlinesA portfolio or sample edits (preferably work related to brands, social media, digital content)Nice to HaveFamiliarity with fintech, SaaS, or product marketingSome camera / shooting knowledge (framing, lighting)Understanding of conversion-driven content (hooks, retention, CTAs)What You’ll GainHands-on experience in a fast-moving fintech startupExposure to high-impact campaigns and real brand contentGrowing your professional video portfolioHow to ApplyPlease send your resume + portfolio / sample edits (YouTube, Vimeo, Drive link, Behance etc.) to careers@varicash.com with the subject: Graphics Designer & Video Editor Intern - [Your Name]
