We are seeking a Growth & Performance Marketing Lead (Gurgaon or London) for our client to expand the company's presence in the UK trading market among independent retailers and Develop and manage customer cohorts for B2B Home Dcor buyers in the UK.
- Oversee acquisition, retention, repeat purchase, and cross-selling metrics in collaboration with Design and Category Teams.
- Execute an annual customer-engagement calendar, including outbound marketing, email campaigns, SEO, trade show promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure regular updates and relevant content for SEO across website and social platforms.
- Present campaign performance in Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Manage storefront merchandising, conduct A/B tests, and optimize tactics for highest views, click-throughs, and conversions.
- Collaborate with Design and Sourcing teams to determine product mixes for promotions and campaigns.
- Enhance brand tone and visual identity, and support the development of brand guidelines.
- Manage a team of two junior members (Associate Graphic Designer and Associate Content Writer) and oversee their performance and professional 6-10 years of experience in performance marketing within an ecommerce or online marketplace.
- Ability to work independently, providing thought leadership and structured plans.
- Proficiency in email marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and storefront merchandising optimizations.
- Strong customer segmentation and data analytics skills.
- Experience in running customer-facing experiments and presenting actionable insights.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with content or copywriting experience.
- Experience in leading junior teams and providing clear guidance on graphic design and content writing.
- Strong management and leadership skills, strategic thinking, and high integrity.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
