About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Conference Producer to join our team at ETHRWorld. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of high-impact conferences and custom events, from ideation to execution. You will play a key role in shaping event content, developing innovative marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with industry leaders. The position also involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver engaging and commercially successful events, including conferences, roundtable discussions, and webinars.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and manage high-impact conferences for International and Domestic Markets from concept to execution.
• Design and implement innovative marketing and audience engagement strategies to maximize event reach and impact.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, speakers, and professionals.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sponsorship, and delegate sales teams to ensure seamless event planning and delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver customized events such as roundtables, webinars, and exclusive networking sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

• 3+ years of professional experience in conference production, events, or related roles.
• Minimum 2 years of community outreach experience, with proven ability to engage and manage industry networks.
