We are headquartered in San Francisco with our product and engineering teams based in Bangalore, and are backed by investors like Accel, MassMutual, and Strive.What You Will Do As a Technical Support Engineer (Solution Engineer)Provide 24x5 support to customers across chat, email, and ticketing toolsReproduce issues using dev tools, logs, and test dataMaintain SLAs for first response and resolutionEscalate bugs with clean repro steps to Engineering/DevOpsDocument solutions, update the knowledge base, and share recurring patternsServe as the customer’s voice internally by sharing product feedback and usability issuesTroubleshoot issues in:Test creation, step authoring, and element identificationTest execution failures across browsers and environmentsBrowser-specific behaviours (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)What You Should BringRequired:1–3 years in Technical Support / Application Support / QA SupportUnderstanding of HTML DOM, CSS, and browser dev toolsFamiliarity with manual and automation testing conceptsClear communication skills and ability to simplify technical explanationsLogical troubleshooting mindset and patience with chat interactionsWillingness to work rotating shifts (24x5)Good to Have:Ability to read basic JavaScript/Java/PythonExperience with SaaS platforms, ticketing tools, and cross-browser testingExposure to automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)Why TestsigmaExposure to modern test automation and global QA practicesOpportunity to grow into L2, Enterprise Solution Engineering or Automation rolesFast-paced environment with strong engineering and product collaborationWork with a global user base solving meaningful, real-world testing challengesIf you enjoy solving problems, working closely with users, and want to grow in the QA tech space, we’d love to speak with you.
