Sales & Business (Preferred)- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert- AWS/Azure Security or DevOps certifications (optional plus)Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :- Win rate of proposals and RFPs supported.- Number of qualified opportunities converted to projects.- Customer satisfaction and feedback scores from pre-sales engagements.- Innovation contributions (whitepapers, accelerators, reusable assets).- Cross-sell and upsell success within existing accounts.Personal Attributes :- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.- Confident, consultative communicator with executive presence.- Continuous learner, self-motivated, and passionate about cloud technologies.- Team player who can work in cross-functional and cross-geography environments (ref:hirist.tech)
