The role involves preparing detailed credit reports, supporting lending decisions, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Credit Analysis & Underwriting Conduct comprehensiveindustry, competitor, ESG, and financial analysisfor GB/CMB Relationship Management teams. Analyse financial statements and supporting documents to provide recommendations forlending decisions . Prepareend-to-end credit reports , including industry analysis, peer benchmarking, risk rating, and documentation review. Evaluatecovenants (financial & non-financial) , collateral, credit structures, and exposure. Work onfinancial projections, cash flow analysis, leverage, working capital, EV , and other key credit metrics.Required Qualifications CA / CFA / MBA (Finance/Economics) or equivalent qualification. 5–14 yearsof relevant experience inCredit Analysis / Credit Underwriting / Loan Appraisal . Strong credit writing skills; ability to prepare well-structured, English-written credit reports. Experience withcommercial loans, corporate loans , or US credit portfolios. Sustainability/ESG knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication (verbal & written), strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
