As we grow, we're looking for a Lead Generation Consultant to help more people across Germany find and secure the right home with ease.

What You'll Do

  • Make cold and warm calls to potential tenants, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable apartments from our listings
  • Communicate clearly and professionally over phone and email, guiding prospects through the rental journey
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings
  • Follow up to gather required documents, support with contract signing, and assist with handover coordination
  • Keep all lead activity updated and organized in our CRM system

What You Bring

  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Confident making cold calls and building quick rapport
  • 5+ years Experience in sales, customer outreach, or lead generation is mandatory
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote role
