We are seeking a dynamic Celebrity Management - Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer marketing, celebrity partnerships, and a strong understanding of digital and social media trends. You’ll work with top influencers, celebrities, and brands to create impactful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, audience growth, and consumer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Influencer & Celebrity Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture relationships with celebrities, influencers, and talent agencies to secure strategic partnerships.

- Act as the main point of contact between influencers/celebrities and brands, ensuring clear communication and expectations.

- Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and campaigns between influencers and brands.


2. Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to design influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.

- Plan, execute, and manage influencer-driven content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met (engagement, reach, ROI, etc.).


3. Brand & Talent Alignment:

- Understand brand goals and match them with the right celebrity or influencer, considering their audience, values, and engagement metrics.

- Curate and recommend influencers/celebrities for specific campaigns based on their fit with the brand’s ethos and target audience.

- Maintain a database of potential and active influencers/celebrities for easy reference.


4. Content Creation & Coordination:

- Work with influencers and celebrities to co-create engaging content that drives audience interaction and brand promotion.

- Ensure that content adheres to brand guidelines, resonates with target audiences, and is aligned with the marketing strategy.

- Manage timelines, approval processes, and content deliverables to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on schedule.


5. Market Research & Trend Analysis:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, celebrity culture, and social media platforms.

- Research and identify emerging influencers, celebrities, and platforms that could drive new growth opportunities.

- Provide insights into competitor activities and recommend ways to optimize influencer campaigns.


6. Reporting & Performance Tracking:

- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on influencer activity, reach, engagement, and overall campaign success.

- Use analytics to assess ROI, refine strategies, and present results to clients or internal stakeholders.

- Prepare post-campaign reports and share insights for future influencer marketing initiatives.


7. Event Coordination & Brand Activations:

- Assist in coordinating influencer and celebrity involvement in events, product launches, or brand activations.

- Ensure smooth execution of celebrity appearances or endorsements across both virtual and in-person events.


8. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Work closely with the internal PR, content, and social media teams to align influencer efforts with broader brand strategies.

- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visuals, videos, and other digital assets for campaigns.


Key Skills and Qualifications:


- Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, celebrity management, or social media marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.

- Experience in managing celebrity or influencer partnerships for brands or agencies.

- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer tracking tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).


- Skills:

- Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies, digital trends, and content creation.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker with a deep understanding of what resonates with digital audiences and influencers.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong project management skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to maintain deadlines.


- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
