For educators, TSRA is more than a workplace—it’s a space to grow passion and create impactful careers that inspire young minds.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Primary Years Program (PYP) Facilitator. The PYP Facilitator will design and implement engaging and inquiry-driven lessons following the IB framework, cultivate a collaborative and supportive classroom environment, and foster critical thinking and a lifelong love for learning among students. Other responsibilities include mentoring students, collaborating with peers to enhance teaching strategies, and maintaining open communication with students and their guardians to support holistic growth.Qualifications- Proficiency in inquiry-based teaching methods and a deep understanding of the IB Primary Years Program (PYP) - Expertise in lesson planning, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment - Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative approaches to teaching - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field; IB certification or equivalent teaching training is a plus - A passion for shaping young minds and nurturing curiosity, empathy, and global awareness
