Eyp Facilitator

**Job Description: Early Years Practitioner (EYP) Facilitator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate inquiry-based, play-centered learning aligned with the IB PYP framework.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment to support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences using creative and hands-on approaches.
- Observe, document, and assess student progress to inform individualized support and curriculum planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school community to foster a nurturing partnership.
- Promote independence, critical thinking, and global-mindedness in young learners.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or equivalent.
- Experience in an IB PYP or inquiry-based learning environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and early years teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
