One of India’s top Diagnostic Company, Dr Lal PathLabs Ltd focuses on providing patients quality diagnostic healthcare services in India. Through our network, we offer patients convenient locations for their diagnostic healthcare services and efficient service. With a large number of diagnostic and related healthcare tests and services offered, we believe we are capable of performing substantially all of the diagnostic healthcare tests and services currently prescribed by physicians in India. Lal PathLabs Foundation is CSR arm of Dr. Lal PathLabs Ltd. and its subsidiary companies working in the area of Public Health and vocational training in healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
The person will be required to work in the following areas:
1. Overall management, support supervision, review and monitoring of projects in the area of vocational training and skill development, education, public health, research etc. Support the team to develop specific work plan as per projects’ target and timeline, ensure proper implementation to achieve the target with quality as per timeline.
2. In case of vocational training centers, support to the team to identify and finalize the center locations, set up the centre with necessary equipment, ensure technical aspects as per SSC guidelines and ensure quality of the training and all the required affiliations and compliances.
3. Frequently visit projects to review and monitoring, meeting with project staff, provide on job support and guidance to the project team, take mid-course corrective action as per requirement; prepare comprehensive report on the visits and share well within time.
4. Overall partnership management, frequent interaction with project implementation partners and maintain bilateral communication and cordial relationship.
5. Identification, assessment and selection of the new NGOs partners, complete due diligence process, collection of the concept notes, proposals and all other required coordination / facilitation.
6. Finalize proposals, signing MoUs and release fund to all the NGOs partners well within time, tracking of the fund and work closely with partners to ensure proper management and utilization of the fund, collect fund utilization certificates and ensure end to end due diligence process.
7. Manage and maintain LPL Foundation’s MIS cum ERP and keep uploading all the data and records, financial information, approvals and other compliance related information, program and projects information / reports and ensure to keep maintain MIS up to date.
8. Ensure proper reporting, documentation, collect required reports / documents / success stories / photographs / video clips etc. from all the project / partners as per timeline and with quality; collate, compile and prepare brief notes to circulate to the management.
Communication and Volunteering:
1. Manage, maintain and update all the social media handles on a regular basis, share and highlight all the good work of the organization.
2. Update LPL Foundation’s website on a regular basis, keep updating CSR policy, plan, budget, projects, reports and photographs as per MCA requirements.
3. Regular interaction with CSR team, NGOs partners to track project activities closely and collect all the relevant reports, data, photographs, video clips, information, updates etc.
4. Develop programme communication materials for the organization such as newsletters, brochures, information booklet, CSR awards and materials for website, social media and internal / external communication in coordination with field team and line supervisor.
5. Ensure establishing and maintaining effective document management system, including tracking of records and filing system of all project documents.
6. Facilitate, coordinate and organize various employee engagement and volunteering activities, keep a track of industry standard practices in the area of employee engagement and design and develop plan accordingly.
7. Facilitate, coordinate and ensure participation in the various events, organized by various organizations, for employee engagement, volunteering, branding, visibility, partners meet and to represent at all relevant platforms.
8. Perform any other duties assigned by the line supervisor / management
Skills Required
1. Should be fully familiar with Government, INGOs, NGOs and CSR concepts, rules, regulations, guidelines and practices.
2. Excellent understanding of national and international social development / socio economic issues especially on vocational training and skill development in India.
3. Demonstrated competence to assess priorities, manage a variety of activities in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines with attention to details and quality.
4. ‘Demonstrated self-management i.e. motivation, dealing with pressure, adoptability and ability to project a professional, consistence image of confidence, integrity and competence.
5. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders and system.
6. Ability and willingness to frequent travel in any part of the country. This position requires minimum 60 - 70% time in the field.
7. Should be a multitasking esp., programme management, partnership management, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, documentation, social media and communication, volunteering and event management etc.
8. Strong communication, coordination skills and knowledge of IT based platforms on knowledge sharing. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.
9. Willingness and open to learn new ideas and skills.
Qualification and Experience:
1. Graduate / Postgraduate in Social Work, MBA, Rural Management, Development Studies, Social Development Communication or related fields from a reputed institute.
2. Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience and exposure with any reputed Corporates / foundation with CORE TEAM to manage CSR projects in the area of project management, fund management, partnership management, MIS management, reporting and documentation, social media handling and event management.
