Job Title:Tele-Caller (Assamese) Location:Rajarhat Salary:Up to ₹15,000 per month Experience Required:2–4 years Employment Type:Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and persuasiveTele-Caller (Assamese)to join ourPharmaceutical Sales and Marketing Team . The ideal candidate should be fluent inAssamese and English , possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have prior experience in telecalling — preferably within thepharma industry . Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls todoctors, chemists, distributors , and potential clients to promote pharmaceutical products. Explain product details, benefits, and usage clearly inAssamese and English . Maintain and regularly update thecustomer databasewith accurate and current information. Conductfollow-upson leads, inquiries, and pending orders to maximize conversions. Achieve assigneddaily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets . Handle customer queries efficiently andescalate issueswhen necessary. Coordinate with thesales and marketing teamto ensure smooth communication and operations. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–4 yearsof telecalling or telesales experience (pharma industry experience preferred). Excellent communication and convincing skills inAssamese, Hindi, and English . Basic understanding ofpharmaceutical productsand customer interaction. Proficiency inMS Officeand familiarity withCRM/data entry tools . Self-driven, target-oriented , and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
