Job brief :


- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team LeaderSales with 2-3 years of experience in the finance or banking sector.

- The successful candidate will be tasked with establishing and leading their own sales team, while ensuring the achievement of both individual and collective sales targets.

- This role is best suited for a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales, who is eager to assume a leadership position and excel in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Develop and implement strategies aimed at maximising sales growth and achieving established targets.

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.

- Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

- Demonstrate leadership by actively driving sales, closing transactions, and fostering robust client relations.

- Attain individual and team sales objectives, thereby contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and actionable insights to drive improvements.

- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered by Merits Capital Market Services Private Limited.

- Manage client portfolios, making informed investment decisions, tracking performance, and adjusting portfolios as required.

Requirements:.

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales within the finance or banking industry.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, manage, and motivate a sales team.

- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.

- Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
