About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to drive our strategic growth and expand market reach in the publishing and marketing services sector. This role is critical in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business opportunities that will fuel our company's expansion and revenue generation.


Core Responsibilities


Lead Identification and Qualification

Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies

Utilize multiple channels including digital platforms, professional networks, and industry events

Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential clients in publishing, author services, and related markets

Perform initial lead qualification through detailed screening processes

Maintain a robust and organized lead tracking system


Prospecting and Initial Engagement

Develop targeted outreach strategies for different market segments

Craft personalized communication strategies for potential clients

Conduct initial discovery calls and preliminary meetings

Prepare compelling introductory materials and preliminary proposals

Track and document all lead interaction touchpoints


Market Intelligence and Research

Continuously monitor publishing industry trends and emerging market opportunities

Compile detailed market research reports

Identify potential new business segments and client niches

Develop competitive intelligence briefs

Support strategic planning with actionable market insights


Client Relationship Management

Manage initial client communication and follow-up processes

Prepare comprehensive lead profiles and opportunity assessments

Support smooth transition of qualified leads to sales team

Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM systems

Ensure high-quality lead nurturing and engagement


Collaborative Efforts

Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams

Participate in strategy sessions and team meetings

Contribute to team performance and collaborative objectives

Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and potential opportunities


Required Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Strong academic performance

Internship or entry-level experience in client-facing roles preferred

Basic understanding of B2B lead generation principles
