Position: Deputy Manager – Travel Operations (MICE – Inbound & Outbound Groups)We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team and drive excellence in MICE and group travel operations.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 8 years of experience in MICE tour operationsStrong expertise in handling events, conferences, and group movementsExperience managing national and international group operationsExcellent communication skills in EnglishA proactive, hardworking attitude and a passion for travelSmart, team-oriented personality with a commitment to delivering exceptional serviceKnowledge of travel operations systems/software (preferred)Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day tour operations including bookings, itinerary planning & logistics coordinationCommunicate with clients to ensure seamless service and overall comfortDesign and execute proposals for MICE operations, tours, and group movementsCoordinate with suppliers—hotels, transporters, guides—to ensure smooth ground executionAnticipate and resolve operational challenges proactivelyStay updated on market trends and destination insights to craft personalized travel experiencesSupport relationship-building efforts with key clients and partnersProvide timely reports, updates, and operational feedback to the management team📍 Location: New Delhi 🎓 Qualifications: MBA/MTA preferred; minimum graduation in Tourism or related field 🎓 Prior experience in the Tourism industry is essentialIf you are passionate about travel, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating meaningful experiences for people around the world, we’d love to hear from you
