Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD tools. You will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills :

- Node.js - Backend development and API design

- React.js - Frontend development and UI/UX implementation

- AWS - Cloud services, deployment, and scalability

- Jenkins - CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance

- Docker - Containerization and orchestration

- HTML/CSS - Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development

- Proven experience in leading development teams

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
