About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst with a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of networking and IT operations, and a passion for turning data into actionable product insights.

You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, QA, and customer success teams to ensure our products solve real-world problems for IT teams, while staying ahead of industry trends.

This role is also well-suited for professionals with experience in vulnerability assessment, solution engineering, or pre-sales engineering who want to transition into a product-focused role.

Key Responsibilities

Product Research & Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from product usage, support tickets, and customer feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in networking and IT Ops domains.
  • Translate findings into product recommendations, feature ideas, and business cases.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements.
  • Create detailed PRDs and user stories.
  • Ensure requirements are technically feasible and align with the product vision.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering to ensure smooth feature development and releases.
  • Work with QA to define acceptance criteria and support testing efforts.
  • Liaise with customer-facing teams to understand pain points and gather enhancement ideas.

Data-driven Decision Making

  • Develop and maintain dashboards for KPIs related to product adoption, performance, and reliability.
  • Perform root cause analysis for product-related incidents or performance bottlenecks.
  • Use analytics to validate the impact of product changes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

3–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in the IT / SaaS / Networking domain.

Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like Jira, Confluence.

Bonus Points

Solid understanding of TCP/IP, network monitoring tools, ITSM processes, and incident/problem/change management workflows.

Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and automation tools.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Prior experience in a product company serving enterprise IT teams.

Exposure to vulnerability assessment practices.

Understanding of AI tools/technologies for data analysis, anomaly detection, or process automation.

Background as a Solution Engineer or Pre-sales Engineer in IT/networking products.
