About the role:

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful execution of complex technical projects within our logistics platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality..

Key responsibilities:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

- Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.

- Proactively manage project scope, schedule, and budget.

- Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution within project teams.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

- Own and maintain consistent use of project management tools across teams

- Define and implement cross-team processes to improve efficiency and delivery (SDLC), define metrics to measure and monitor efficiency and effectiveness of the processes, and drive adoption across organizations

- Document the progress of tasks to identify and manage risks and dependencies across multiple projects

Preferred qualifications:

- Total 8 years of experience - 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role and at least 3 years years of experience in technical program management, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- You have strong written and verbal communication skills, build strong relationships with stakeholders and teams around the organization.

- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale platforms, infrastructure, and organizations.

- Technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers.

- User-driven approach to building delightful products users love.

- Intellectually curious, self-motivated, a fast learner with a strong bias for action.

- Experience with SAS-based applications and platforms is a plus.
