About Osto Osto is a protection-first, all-in-one cybersecurity platform that makes startups enterprise-ready in minutes — securing cloud, apps, APIs, devices, and data with real enforcement, no security engineer required.Role Overview We’re hiring aFounder’s Office Generalistwho can operate as an extension of the founders — solving problems, driving execution, and keeping momentum across GTM, product, hiring, ops, and special strategic projects. This is a high-trust, high-impact role built for someone who wants to grow into a senior leadership position.What You’ll Drive Own and execute high-priority founder-led projects end-to-end. Support GTM initiatives: research, outreach, content, partnerships. Work with product & engineering to coordinate launches, timelines, and cross-functional execution. Manage hiring sprints: screening, coordination, candidate experience. Build dashboards, processes, and documentation to reduce founder load. Conduct deep research (market, competitive, customer intelligence). Represent founders in meetings, notes, follow-ups, and execution loops. Operate as the first responder for “0 → 1” problems across the company.What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, PMO, early-stage startup roles, or founder/entrepreneur experience. Strong problem-solving, clarity, and execution-first mindset. Exceptional written & verbal communication. Ability to work in ambiguity and create structure from scratch. Fast learner, high hunger, no ego, extreme ownership. Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or DevTools is a plus.Why This Role Work directly with founders on company-defining problems.
