Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager of Operations at LYNXUS Solutions located in Jaipur. The Assistant Manager of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth workflow. They will also be involved in problem-solving, process improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency. Experience with processes in the transportation and logistics industry such as billing, freight audit or ELD strongly preferred.


Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management, team management, and performance monitoring
  • Experience in overseeing QA auditing
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and process improvement techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS tools and exposure to TMS and auditing software
  • Bachelor's degree required.
