real-world consumer behaviour. We are currently seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to

join our team and collaborate with Deep Learning Engineers to build and scale our unique

platform.


Responsibilities:

  1. Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers who value moving quickly.
  2. Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps for the company (B2B SaaS).
  3. Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
  4. Plan, initiate, and manage technology projects for web-based products in our AI-driven platform.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
  6. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.
  7. Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.
  8. As delivery lead, responsible for ensuring that product services are delivered to customers in a timely, professional and customer-centric manner.
  9. Ensure service delivery, improve service quality, communicate effectively with stakeholders, coordinate resolution, lead implementation plan and provide leadership to team members.
  10. Customer success to be the core focus in terms of product management and delivery.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent experience that can be demonstrated with prior work.
  2. 3+ years of experience in product management or related industry experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering web applications and services for customers.
  3. Experience defining vision and strategy for a product.
  4. Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritisation and pre/post-launch execution.
  5. Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups, and guide the team through key milestones.
  6. Experience in analysing data sets and making decisions based on data.
  7. Experience in gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution.
  8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively, propose innovative solutions, and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and convey complex ideas.
  10. The ability to manage budgets and timelines in terms of product development and customer delivery.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, and experience working with Agile teams.
  2. Experience with B2B AI SaaS products.
  3. Experience recruiting and leading a cross-functional team of world-class individuals.
