Domain Knowledge:

  • Thorough understanding of Corporate Internet Banking / Transaction Banking /Wholesale Banking.
  • Understanding of Retail Internet Banking would be preferred although it is not mandatory.
  • Understanding the needs of Large, MSME and SME requirements Corporate Internet Banking.
  • Be a subject matter expert in Corporate Internet Banking for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Global knowledge on Corporate Internet Banking would be preferred. One should at least have knowledge of countries in South East Asia, the Indian Subcontinent, the Middle East or Africa.
  • Complete understanding of products like Basic Banking, Payments, Collection, Trade Finance Services, Financial Supply Chain or any other products offered by Banks in the Corporate Internet Banking space.
Product of Corporate Internet Banking products.Create an end-to-end process for each product including screen designs, workflows, integration, etc.Identify gaps in existing Corporate internet Banking products and enhance the same to suit banks current and future requirements.Engage in the development of Corporate Internet Banking products so that products are developed as per requirements with timely delivery.Create a roadmap for Corporate Internet Banking products.Share market intelligence on Corporate Internet Banking products with the product team for enhancing the product.Conduct product demos focusing on functional capabilities that will highlight business and operational benefits and address Customer's pain points. Thereby make the company the preferred vendor from a Functional/Technical perspective.Actively participate in demos of Banking products, POCs and workshops to ensure appropriate Quality, Depth and Timeliness of output.Help in responding to RFI/RFP on Banking products.Help the team to create product sales pitches as per customer's requirements on Banking products.Create competitive analysis on Banking products and present with internal stakeholders.
