Job Title: Senior Product Manager


Experience: 8+ Years


Reports to: Head of Technology


Education : BE/BTECH or MCA


Capital markets OR EDtech domain experience required.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Defining the overall product strategy in alignment with the company's goals and market needs.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap, outlining key features, enhancements, and milestones.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to prioritize and execute initiatives in line with the roadmap.
  • Gather and analyse requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and market research, prioritize based on strategic objectives, resource constraints, and customer impact.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that the product is developed according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Monitor the market and competitive landscape to identify emerging trends, threats, and opportunities and use this information to refine the product strategy, differentiate the product, and capitalize on market gaps.
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments, fostering collaboration and communication among teams to ensure alignment towards common product goals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, working closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and collateral.
  • Monitor the performance of the product, tracking key metrics such as user engagement, retention, and revenue, use the data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and iterate on the product to enhance its value proposition and competitiveness.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and preferences throughout the product development process.
  • Responsible for mentoring and coaching junior product managers or other members of the product team, helping them grow their skills and capabilities in product management.
