Description :Note : Only candidates from Pune should ApplyKey responsibilities :- Implement API layer and orchestration logic (Python or Node.js) to receive chat requests and coordinate helper components.- Use Neo4j driver to generate, validate, and execute graph queries (Cypher), including query safety/guardrails.- Integrate and orchestrate LLMs (prompting, RAG retrieval, few-shot patterns) and any helper agents (retrievers, summarizers).- Design and manage AI agent workflows - coordinating multiple specialized agents- Implement security, input sanitization, rate limiting, audit logging and observability for queries and LLM outputs.- Build retries, fallbacks, and monitoring pipelines; collaborate with frontend on realtime status and result formatting.Must-have skills :- Python or Node.js production experience- Neo4j driver and Cypher query experience- Experience orchestrating LLMs / tool-using agents (prompt engineering, retrieval pipelines)- Hands-on experience with AI agent workflow frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI)- Security/guardrail patterns, logging and monitoring (structured logs, traces, metrics)Nice-to-have :- Experience with GCP - GBQ or similar data platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, async task queues, vector DBs for retrieval,- CI/CD and infra-as-code.Education :- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Related Field (ref:hirist.tech)
